I guess you think - sugars are bad! So you use sweeteners, but have you read the label? Aspartame is the main ingredient in "chemical" artificial sugar. I've put some links below to start you up on your journey of food additives and "hidden poisons" awareness.

Upon ingestion, aspartame breaks down into natural residual components, including aspartic acid, phenylalanine, methanol, and other breakdown products including formaldehyde, formic acid, and a diketopiperazine. Most of these compounds are deadly in certain concentration, so if you use low sugar drinks and sweeteners, you are putting your health at risk.

We see a number of children with hyperactivity and ADHD, and we find that their symptoms get better, much quicker when Aspartame-containing drinks (sodas and lemonades) are taken out of their diet.

 

Also, we notice that when "sugar free" products are taken out of the diet of patients with back and neck pain, they get better much quicker and feel more vital in less time. msg exposedMonosodium Glutamate or MSG is a man-made flavor enhancer. It is now recognized by many in the medical profession as an excitotoxin – a type of drug which damages brain cells.

 

MSG is added to all beef and vegetable stock and most foods produced in the factory. I was surprised recently, to find out that average stock or bullion cube is 50% salt, with addition of beef or chicken fat and the rest is artificial flavours and colourings, including, MSG.

Apparently they add some fat just to be able to call it "beef" or "chicken", the beef or chicken flavour comes from the artificial ingredient and MSG enhances it.

We allways try to avoid using MSG containing foods if you check the side effects clicking the link below, you might reconsider using it too. Instead, we decided to use better ingredients for cooking including more colourful and crunchy vegetables. This makes cooking and eating so much healthier!
